Ammonia exhaust gas treatment system "NZR Series"

Completely treat ammonia gas and prevent air pollution.

Ammonia gas, which is emitted in large quantities from production equipment such as LEDs and semiconductors, is completely oxidized through direct combustion. The NOx (nitrogen oxides) generated during this process is also rendered harmless through reduction treatment, eliminating concerns about air pollution. Additionally, this method can be applied to organic nitrogen substances other than ammonia. For the NOx (nitrogen oxides) generated during ammonia combustion, ammonia is added as a reducing agent and is reduced to harmless nitrogen using a catalyst, preventing the generation of secondary pollutants during wastewater treatment. The concentration of NOx can be monitored with an analyzer and is controlled to remain below acceptable levels at all times. Hydrogen, organic substances, and organometallic substances other than ammonia can also be treated simultaneously without the need for pretreatment, and the system can accommodate a wide range of concentration levels.

Concentrated exhaust gas treatment device

Reducing the running costs of fuel! A compact device that processes low concentration and large volume exhaust gases.

The "Concentration Type Exhaust Gas Treatment Device" efficiently processes low-concentration, high-volume organic solvent exhaust gases by concentrating them to a high concentration and low volume using a rotary concentration device, all within a compact unit. Concentration of exhaust gases can be achieved up to approximately 15 times. The high-efficiency exhaust gas treatment device completely oxidizes the organic solvent components. Additionally, its small size allows for effective use of installation space and makes maintenance easy. 【Specifications (excerpt)】 ■ Processing air volume (Nm3/min): 50–1500 (1 unit) ■ Concentration ratio: Approximately 3–15 times ■ Applicable solvents: Toluene, ethyl acetate, acetone, trichloroethylene, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Catalytic combustion exhaust gas treatment device "ZR Series"

Catalytic combustion type exhaust gas treatment device with improved fuel efficiency and deodorization effect.

The "ZR Series" is a catalytic combustion exhaust gas treatment device that removes unpleasant odors and harmful substances generated in fields such as printing, painting, chemicals, resin processing, and the food industry through catalytic oxidation. Using high-performance platinum-based catalysts, it decomposes and deodorizes organic odor components and harmful substances into water vapor and carbon dioxide at low temperatures of 250°C to 350°C. There is no generation of NOx (nitrogen oxides) associated with wastewater or catalytic oxidation, and it does not pollute the atmosphere. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Heat Storage Type Exhaust Gas Treatment Device "TRH Series"

A heat storage type RTO exhaust gas treatment system that pursues low running costs for fuel.

The "TRH Series" uses honeycomb ceramic heat storage materials in the heat exchanger to reduce fuel costs, which have been the biggest challenge for direct combustion exhaust gas treatment systems, and completely oxidizes exhaust gases with low fuel consumption. Thanks to the excellent heat exchange efficiency of the heat storage materials, low running costs are achieved even with low-concentration exhaust gases (heat exchange efficiency of over 95%). The exhaust gases are decomposed and deodorized into water vapor and carbon dioxide through direct combustion, eliminating secondary pollution such as NOx (nitrogen oxides) emissions. For any potential troubles, a double interlock system is employed. We also offer proposals for backup equipment.

Direct Combustion Type Exhaust Gas Treatment Device "DZR Series"

Direct combustion type "DZR series" that does not select processing gas components.

The organic odor components contained in exhaust gas are directly burned in a high-efficiency combustion furnace at temperatures between 600°C and 800°C for deodorization treatment. A wide range of odor substances, such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, can be processed. By ensuring efficient mixing of exhaust gas and sufficient residence time within the combustion furnace maintained at 600°C to 800°C, excellent exhaust gas treatment effects are achieved. Organic solvent components are decomposed and deodorized into water vapor and carbon dioxide, preventing secondary pollution. The exhaust heat after treatment can be recovered through a heat exchanger and utilized as a heat source for the process, as well as for heating and cooling.
